Effective Immediately:
All new clients are required to leave a deposit to ensure your appointment. The deposit will be nonrefundable and will be applied to your services that day. Deposit will range from $65.00 (annual exams)-$75.00 (illness or consult). Failure to no show for your appointment or late cancel (12-hour notice) will cause you to lose your deposit.
Failure to no show for an appointment or failure to cancel within 12 hours of a scheduled Doctors or technician visit will result in a missed appointment fee in the amount of $25.00 per appointment scheduled.
Hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 am until 8 pm
Wednesday and Friday 8 am until 6 pm
Saturday 8 am until 12 pm
*Lunch is taken every day between 1 pm- 2 pm.*
